Unemployed Copywriter Google Maps His Resume
A unique way to land a job could also bring freaks to the front door.
Gizmodo leads the way to this unemployed copywriter in London who decided to post his resume on Google Maps. While this is a unique and somewhat interesting concept for promoting yourself to potential employers, there are also apparent privacy issues at stake, especially when the news media points the way to his front door.
And that's no exaggeration. Ed Hamilton has provided his personal address, telephone number, and gmail address for the whole world to see. Viewers can get directions to his house (or "flat" as he argues), and can even get a street view shot showing the red and white detail lining earthly-toned brick. There are even a few cars parked out front, and a green box sitting by a brick wall lining the front sidewalk.
"I'm a creative copywriter currently working at Brave in Fulham - where I write innovative ATL and integrated campaigns for a wide range of clients," he writes in the listing. "If you have time for a tour, then please click on the links below." He thus provides links to examples of his work, places of employment, and even a link to his list of interests.

Well these days you really need to put yourself out there and show your prospective employer your skill sets that set you above the rest so I gotta give this guy a pat on the back.
If he can't get a job in other ways, he probably doesn't have much to offer.
