"You, Me & Tuscany" has arrived to whisk viewers off on an easily digestible rom-com adventure. In the film, a chance encounter with an Italian man called Matteo sees Anna (Halle Bailey) jetting off for Italy, where she ends up pretending to be his fiancée. The problem? Sparks sure do seem to be flying between Anna and Matteo's cousin, Michael ("Bridgerton" and "Black Bag" star, Regé-Jean Page).
TG's Alix Blackburn called this new getaway "a predictable but charming rom-com that could've been a Netflix movie" in our "You, Me & Tuscany" review. The film may not be the most critically-acclaimed release of 2026, but moviegoers do seem to have fallen for the film. At the time of writing, "You, Me & Tuscany" holds a 93% approval rating on the Rotten Tomatoes Popcornmeter, from over 1000 verified ratings from fellow film fans.
If you'd prefer to wait to watch "You, Me & Tuscany" at home, we unfortunately do not yet have a confirmed streaming date for the film — but that hasn't prevented us from trying to guess at that release date. Below, I've explained when I think the film might come to Premium Video-on-Demand (PVOD) services and when (and where!) I believe you'll be able to stream "You, Me & Tuscany."

Right now, if you want to watch “You, Me & Tuscany,” the only way to do so is by heading to your nearest movie theater. The film only hit the big screen on Friday, April 10, so if you’re hoping to cozy up in front of the new romantic comedy at home, you’ll probably have to wait for a couple more weeks.
The first way to stream “You, Me & Tuscany” at home will be via PVOD storefronts like Amazon’s Prime Video or Apple TV. Right now, I’d estimate that “You, Me & Tuscany” will come to PVOD services on or around Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
That’s based on the fact that Universal Studios recently made a commitment to a minimum five-weekend theatrical run for its new releases (which will extend to a minimum of seven weekends in 2027), along with the fact that new PVOD releases typically land on Tuesdays.
If you’d prefer to wait for the film to hit a streaming service, the first place “You, Me & Tuscany” will be available to stream will be Peacock, since it’s a Universal Pictures release. Right now, I’m guessing you’ll be able to stream “You, Me & Tuscany” on Peacock at some point in mid-August 2026.

That’s because Universal movies typically come to Peacock between three and four months after they first premiered in theaters. Recent popular releases like "Wicked: For Good," the live-action "How to Train Your Dragon" remake, and "Five Nights at Freddy's 2" all arrived on Peacock 120 days after their theatrical release, so I figure “You, Me & Tuscany” will follow a similar pattern. If we look 120 days ahead of the movie’s release date, that brings us up to Saturday, August 8, 2026, so a release around that weekend seems quite likely.
Back in January, news broke that Universal's live-action movie deal with Netflix would start a year earlier. Under that agreement, new releases would come to Netflix "no later than eight months following theatrical release." Therefore, if you're waiting to stream "You, Me & Tuscany" on Netflix, expect it to land on the streaming giant at some point before the end of 2026.
Of course, the actual release dates listed above are based on my own speculation; Universal has not confirmed the "You, Me & Tuscany" streaming date as of the time of publication. As soon as we hear anything official, we'll be sure to update this article, so keep checking back.

If it’s in the theaters or available to stream somewhere, he’s probably watched it… especially if it has a dragon in it. Before joining the team, he was a Staff Writer at What To Watch where he wrote about a broad range of shows that stretched from "Doctor Who" and "The Witcher" to "Bridgerton" and "Love Island". When he’s not watching the next must-see movie or show, he’s probably still in front of a screen playing massive RPGs, reading, spending a fortune on TCGs, or watching the NFL.
