Revolut Mobile and NordVPN team up for UK launch – unlimited data for just £12.50 per month
UK customers get privacy and 5G perks in one plan
Revolut is bundling a NordVPN subscription into its new UK mobile service, giving early adopters an added layer of online privacy for free.
As part of its UK launch, Revolut Mobile is offering users a complimentary subscription to NordVPN, the best VPN on the market based on our testing, when they sign up to its new mobile plan.
This move is aimed at combining connectivity and digital privacy into one seamless package.
What is included in Revolut Mobile's plan?
The new mobile service, integrated directly into the Revolut app, is now rolling out to waitlisted customers ahead of a full public launch in January 2026.
Under its introductory deal, users can get unlimited 5G data, calls, and texts, plus 20GB of EU and US roaming data for just £12.50 ($16.74) per month. This early-bird rate is valid for customers who sign up before 30th March 2026. After that, the plan will be priced at £14.99 ($20.08) per month.
Security is a central focus of the new plan, with Revolut Mobile bundling a NordVPN subscription at no extra cost. NordVPN is one of the world's most widely used VPN services, helping users shield their browsing activity, secure public Wi-Fi connections, and maintain online anonymity.
What is Revolut?
Revolut Mobile aims to offer flexibility as well as privacy. Customers can keep their existing number or choose a new one, add up to three numbers per plan for a small monthly fee, and even opt for exclusive VIP numbers at £10 ($13.39) per month. There's also a global messaging pass for travelers in over 80 countries, allowing low-bandwidth messaging beyond Europe and the US.
It's all part of a broader push by Revolut to expand beyond financial services. Best known as an all-in-one finance app, Revolut first entered the mobile space in 2024 with global eSIM support, enabling customers to stay connected abroad without a local SIM card. That feature proved a runaway success, with millions of plans activated across 100+ countries. Revolut now says eSIM is its most used non-financial product to date.
The company says it wants to give users more control over their digital lives, from finances to connectivity to security, all in one place. By combining mobile data, travel-friendly features, and a leading VPN, Revolut is aiming to future-proof how customers stay connected across borders.
Revolut Mobile is powered by Gigs, a regulated telecom provider that builds backend infrastructure for mobile services. Revolut Ltd acts as an agent on its behalf, managing the experience within the Revolut app. Plans can be activated instantly, with no separate app or login required.
According to Hadi Nasrallah, General Manager of Telco at Revolut, the goal is to create a "truly differentiated alternative" in the UK mobile market.
"Our goal is simple: offer the best service, at the best price, leveraging the best user experience," he said in explained.
With millions of UK users already relying on Revolut for banking, budgeting, and travel, and VPNs becoming a must-have for privacy-conscious consumers, bundling NordVPN into mobile plans could give Revolut a unique edge in an increasingly competitive market.
