Battery Life
6. Battery Life

Because of its larger display and smaller-sized battery, the Averatec 5110HX tends to lag somewhat in terms of rundown times.
Conclusion
The 5110HX from Averatec has all the characteristics that users will expect from a modern mobile PC with a price tag of $1500. The benchmark values we got show that a Pentium M with a clock speed of "only" 1.3 GHz is more than enough to execute popular applications smoothly. At just under four and a half hours, battery life with deactivated WLAN module is par for the course.
The same applies to the notebook's weight. At almost three kilograms, you won't be tempted to change locations if you can possibly help it.
In sum., the 5110HX is a fine notebook that doesn't have to shy away from direct comparison with products from any top-tier OEM.
