In an attempt to stabilize the price of NAND flash, Samsung Electronics is said to grow its finished memory card shipments to help digest capacity and reduce supply to the spot market, according to sources at memory module makers in Taiwan. The memory module makers attributed relatively stable NAND flash pricing in February to a swell of memory cards from Samsung.
