The upper edge of the diagram symbolizes the lower horizontal edge of the display, and the opposite edge thus corresponds to its upper edge. The other two edges represent the left and right sides of the display, respectively.

To render pixel data for display, the ATI Mobility Radeon 600 uses 64 MB of built-in, dedicated video RAM (the high-end European model doubles this to 128 MB).


An ATI MR600 with 64 MB of video RAM serves as the graphics subsystem for this notebook. The high-end European LW60 Express offers 128 MB of video RAM.

In energy-saving mode, Powerplay throttles the GPU clock rate back to 104 MHz, and the memory clock rate to 121 MHz.
