Hillary Clinton broke new ground in her race for the White House. Yet some iPhone users complain that when it comes to the hot gadget from Apple, women are still being treated like second-class citizens. Apple said that on July 11 it would upgrade the iPhone software for free with new features for all current owners. On the same day, it will start selling a new version, the iPhone 3G, that runs on a faster data network, includes GPS and costs as little as $199.

Dumb sluts. They're acting like apple is discriminating against women. There's no genetic component that forces women to be vain or have low self-esteem. If you can't get into your car because your hair is too big or poofy, it's not GM's fault. If you can't see the keys on your keyboard because you're wearing sunglasses and it's honestly too dark for sunglasses, it's not logitech's fault. The only disability may be a cognitive issue, not physical.

Just use conducting silver paint as nail varnish. Problem solved.
These people need to start thinking more like engineers.

..actually there is probably a market there in conducting nail varnish (iVarnish?). Complaints like this though just depress me, women still face ongoing discrimination both in the workplace in terms of pay and promotion prospects and on the domestic front things this merely serve to trivialise these issues and allow misogynists such as Mr Marqueen here to give self-righteous expression to their Neanderthal psyches. You are right though 'There's no genetic component that forces women to be vain or have low self-esteem', men like you do that for them mr Marqueen.

There was probably a thoughful and intelligent response to that article to be made encompassing gender issues and Apples responsibility to consumers with long fingernails. But you didn't make it and to be honest, judging by the response you did make, in your entire life you never have and never will.

No Sympathy here, if they can spend the money on an iphone and their nails, they can spend a few extra bucks on a stylus.

I don't have much sympathy here either. If this is a big enough problem in your life that you take the time to complain about it, your life is going pretty well methinks. I understand why it doesn't come with a stylus since it doesn't fit their marketing scheme. Maybe Apple should just sell them separately for $10 or so. Or even offer them for $5 if you buy the phone there.

This is stupid. Pointless really. Stuart, in my workplace women get more attention then men. They are treated with more respect and aren't told to do as much as us men. I have no clue what you are talking about right now women seem to have more rights then men when it comes to just about everything. There are more women on this earth, more women passing college then men, more women getting high end employer jobs. Don't complain about womens rights because atm men are the ones being pushed aside and around.

Hate it when women come to me and complain about rights yet they get everything they want in life, plus more, but that 1 little thing they don't get, they complain and slap "sexist" on it, like this for example.

Give, it, a, god, damn, rest.
