SYSmark 2004 SE Results

Our SYSmark 2004 SE tests show that the dv8000z delivers solid performance for both office use and Internet content creation. That said it also does not belong among the fastest notebooks we've tested, either. Nor does installing a second hard disk help much. But for standard applications at home or in the office, performance is more than adequate. Video junkies will learn to appreciate the big display and the performance boost that adding a second hard disk can deliver, even if SYSmark results don't demonstrate these benefits conclusively.
