8. DirectX8: UT 2003

In principle, the 3D engine of the FPS game Unreal Tournament is a DirectX7 engine that is valorized with a few DX8 features. In order to test the maximum performance of the graphic cards, we tested with the detail settings set to the highest possible level.

If you play without FSAA, the Geforce FX Go 5650 wins against notebooks that are equipped with mobile chips from ATI - as well as the one from Asus. The desktop system that was equipped with a Radeon 9600 GPU cannot keep up with the Asus M6800N. Against the desktop configurations with either the Geforce FX 5700 Ultra or ATI's Radeon 9600XT, though, the M6800N has no chance.

With activated FSAA, the M6800N cannot keep up with either the desktop or the other notebooks in our test.
