Those who own an iPhone or iPod Touch and are into sports games should be interested in a new download on the Apple’s App Store called TouchSports Tennis 09.
The new $4.99 game is entirely in 3D and from the YouTube video we saw, it looks mighty impressive.
TouchSports Tennis 09 uses both touch control as well as the iPhone/iPod Touch’s tilt motion sensors to control run direction as well as striking direction.
The game really shows off how powerful the iPhone’s and iPod Touch’s processing and 3D acceleration are. TouchSports’ support page indicates that those with jailbroken devices may experience crashing, and recommends that the phone be restored with "normal" firmware.
