TAG Heuer, Lamborghini Create Car-like Phone
What do you get when you combine TAG Heuer and Lamborghini? The ritzy TAG Heuer Meridiist Automobili Lamborghini mobile phone. Like the legendary sports cars, the device drips with sheer razor-like precision and craftsmanship, built with 315L stainless steel and coated with black titanium carbide. The phone is a limited edition, with only 1963 numbered units available for purchase, a tribute to the year Automobili Lamborghini was founded.
The overall design of the Meridiist mobile phone references the sports car in many ways: it even includes the same infamous signature on the battery cover that's on the Lamborghini Murcielago LP 640's V12 engine block. The limited edition number is engraved on the back of the device; the Lamborghini's trademark Taurus bull symbol is stamped on the keyboard's central button.
TAG Heuer said that the display is made from 60.5 carats of scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The battery offers seven hours talk time, or 28 days of standby power. Luxury Insider adds that the Meridiist is not only handcrafted, but comprises of more than 200 mechanical components.
The mobile phone is currently available at retailers dealing with fine watches and jewelry. The phone will also be available for purchase at Automobili Lamborghini distributors.

nice but doesn't make sense to own one unless you own a Lamborghini
Some people have so much money it's not even funny.
For function I'd rate it higher than the gold covered, diamond encrusted apple i-phone piece of crap on the other recent toms guide article.
