Global LED Street Lamp Market Estimate Down 49%
LED industry players have revised estimates for the 2008 global LED street lamp market to 460,000 units, down 49% from an original forecast of 910,000 units due to high pricing and unclear regulations. China-based LED players pointed out that the China government will release details of its plans for LED street lamp setups in 2009.
