Console Mod-God Ben Heck Gets His Own Show

By - Source: Tom's Guide US

Ben Heck fans, look alive. Your favourite modder has his own show.

You've probably seen one or two or ten of Ben Heck's mods around the web. His work has amazed us in the past and it looks like we'll be seeing a lot more of him starting next week. The mod-god yesterday announced that from Monday onwards, he'd be starring in his own TV show called 'The Ben Heck Show.''

Heck revealed that he's teamed up with Element14.com to produce a TV show about modding. Element14 is powering the show by providing all the tools and components he needs to get his builds off the ground and Heck is, well, Heck is doing the modding. Engadget reports that the show will be bi-weekly and will feature "projects inspired by the modder community, ranging from mods for a particular need to gadgets that help electronic enthusiasts work and play faster." The first episode will see Ben showcase a controller modded for a gamer with a serious disability.

Check out Ben's website for the full announcement.
