Asustek Expects To Ship Up To 200,000 Eee Boxes Worldwide In 2008
Asustek Computer launched its Eee Box nettop in Taiwan priced $261 on July 30. The company expects the nettop’s worldwide shipments to reach 100,000-200,000 units in 2008 and break one million units in 2009, according to Jerry Shen, president of the company.
