The control unit is fairly large for what it contains, but its size does provide stability and ease of handling. Aside from the on/off button, it has a volume control and the adjustment for relative subwoofer volume. On the front edge are two 1/8" jacks for connecting headphones, and an MP3 player or any other line-level audio signal. The main line input is on the subwoofer enclosure, and also uses a 1/8" jack.
