The Pixel 10a doesn't offer many substantial upgrades from its predecessor. In. fact, we even said you should buy the Pixel 9a instead since it's easier to find deals on that phone. However, Verizon's latest deal makes the Pixel 10a worth it.

Right now, you can preorder the Pixel 10a for free at Verizon with a new line and eligible data plan. It's one of the best Verizon phone deals I've seen.

Pixel 10a: free w/ new line + unlimited @ Verizon

Pixel 10a: free w/ new line + unlimited @ Verizon
The Pixel 10a is a solid budget phone if you can find it on sale. It features a 6.3-inch Actua pOLED (2424 x 1080) 120Hz display, Tensor G4 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. Rear cameras include a 48MP (f/1.7) main and 13MP (f/2.2) ultrawide, whereas on the front there's a 13MP (f/2.2) lens. New and existing Verizon customers can get it for free with a new Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus, or Unlimited Welcome plan.

We've yet to finish our full review of Google's newest phone, but in our Pixel 10a hands-on we said the new phone shares much of the same hardware as the previous Pixel 9a. It's still powered by the Tensor G4 chip, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of starting storage. (Make sure to check out our Pixel 10a vs Pixel 9a comparison for the full run down of specs).

However, now that Verizon is offering the new Pixel 10a for free (with an eligible data plan), there's no reason to opt for the older Pixel 9a. Remember, the phone officially releases on March 5. So make sure to snag this preorder deal before it's gone.
