Apple's MacBook lineup just got a major overhaul. The 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Airs have been upgraded to Apple's M5 chipset. Likewise, the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pros can now be configured with M5 Pro or M5 Max chipsets.
Preorders for Apple's new Macs are now live. The new laptops are expected to hit stores on March 11. Currently, preorders are only available via the Apple Store, but the good news is that Apple is offering trade-in credits if you swap an older Mac for a new model.
If you're looking for MacBook deals, you'll have to wait a bit longer. I've covered MacBook launches for over a decade and the first preorder deals can usually be found just days after a release. You can expect to save from $50 to $100 at retailers like Amazon and Best Buy. Otherwise, here is where you'll find MacBook Air M5 preorders and MacBook Pro M5 Pro/M5 Max preorders.
