10. 3DMark05 (Gaming Performance)

3DMark05 results for just the Dell XPS M1710 were presented in the first part of this article. Here we present 3DMark05 numbers for the M1710 in comparison with 6 graphics adapters for PCs. The M1710's Nvidia graphics processor is listed first in each chart. After that results are sorted in order of performance from highest to lowest. The notebook and its Nvidia GeForce Go 7900 GTX graphics processor stand up fairly well against older adapters and don't do all that bad against the newer ones either.
