DivX said that it has granted Panasonic, Philips, and Denon licenses to integrate DivX capabilities for six upcoming Blu-ray players. So far, the Playstation 3 has been the only Blu-ray platform to be able to play DivX content.
The company said that DivX capability will be provided with the Panasonic DMP-BD30EE, the Philips BDP7200 and the Denon models DVD-2500BTC1B, DVD-3800BDC1B, DVD-3800BDSP and the DVD-2500BTSP.
