The Ninja performance playbook
Missed our event? Here's the low-down on all the latest from Ninja
Over Labor Day weekend, Future partnered with the team at Ninja to throw an event in New York's iconic Grand Central Station. The Serve, a tennis-themed pop-up, welcomed over 2,000 attendees across our two-day event, giving them the opportunity to check out some of the kitchen upgrades Ninja is known for.
Our video host, Phil Rodrigues, was on the scene, but if you weren't able to make it yourself, we've got you covered. Here's the lowdown on two of the products on hand: the Ninja Slushi Twist and the Ninja Luxe Café Pro.
Ninja Slushi Twist
Labor Day weekend in New York can be a scorcher. Luckily, our attendees could cool off with freshly made drinks courtesy of the Ninja Slushi Twist. Sometimes, one flavor simply isn't enough — you need something with a little twist. Thanks to its Dual SlushAssist™ technology, this machine can twist two flavors together into a tasty, aesthetically pleasing beverage.
We had four machines making a variety of drinks to keep folks cool, but the crowd's favorite flavor was the Honey Deuce slushie, a delicious combination of lemonade and raspberry. It had everyone feeling refreshed and ready to hit the court.
Ninja Luxe Café Pro
Whether you're prepping for a tennis match or just trying to navigate Grand Central Station, no one is going to turn down a bit of extra energy. The Ninja Luxe Café Pro was a perfect boost for everyone attending The Serve. It's a 4-in-1 espresso system that can make drip coffee, rapid cold brew, hot water and, of course, espresso. The Luxe Café Pro also includes a hands-free microfoam system with presets for cold foam. The integrated grinder and built-in scale ensure precise brews that help you get the most out of your daily coffee breaks.
We gave out five Ninja Luxe Café Pros and Ninja Slushi Twists each, but attendees also had the chance to win other fun prizes. With no-guesswork lattes and cold drinks on hand, The Serve was a blast for everyone spending a long weekend in one of New York's most historic sites.
