Say Hello to Mass Effect 2's Engineer Class
Killer robots! Who can say no?
Mass Effect 2 is coming next year, offering more of the wonderful space conversations that you've been dying to have again since finishing the first one.
Just as in the first game, there will be different character classes for you to choose from. Some of us prefer to run and gun our way through the game, while others like to take the indirect approach.
Sure, blowing things up as the soldier is often the most fun way to solve problems, sometimes you just need to call up the engineer and his killer robots.

Awesome.
Cool, a mage.
Damn, love Mass Effect, and both Adept and Engineer so far look awesome.
Buildin' a sentry.
Cool, a mage.
Yeah not at all.
I'm damn excited for Mass Effect 2, more so than I was for Forza 3 or Modern Warfare 2!
that was sick
omg I have such a boner right now
MW2 will be litterally orgasmic.
Yep it looks absolutely awesome... adding more tactical elements to the gun fights is a great thing, (the combat was the weakest part of the original I think)...
AWESOME >.< i wounder what he will look like in the armor i got from dragon age....
omg I have such a boner right now
That's pretty sick dude.
They sold me the game at "BioWare", this is just a bonus.
Only a month and a half to go...
THERE IS A SPAH AROUN'HEER! OH NO! SPAH SAPPIN' MAH SENTRY!
omg I have such a boner right now
You're either falling for engineers behinds, or you where not commenting on the right youtube video here...
It looks like a good game to me!
I love 3rd person shooter games, any sys req. or system recoomendations to get this game running on a 1280x800/1920x1080 screen?
Probably an Athlon X2/Core2 and a Radeon 4000 card?
Just found my new class.
Sadly, I think I'm still going to be going for Adept again this time. Both classes got huge upgrades, and Engineers in ME2 will finally be useful for more than just support and opening chests, but the rapid-fire biotics still win me over.
Mass Effect 2 is awesome. I've played it three times so far, and loved it (well, almost) every time. Pretty disappointed that there won't be infinite ammo for any weapons like the first game though.
Should be fun, I hope they drop the Draconian DRM that was in the first one such as limited installs.
Looks like "engineer" is the equivalent of a mage or sorcerer in a fantacy role playing game.
I'm worried about the AI. Watch how the enemies move. They aren't looking for cover and they aren't trying to dodge.
