Asustek To Target Mainstream Notebook Segment In The US
Asustek Computer will extend its presence to the mainstream notebook segment from 2008, with corresponding average selling prices (ASPs) to reduce by about $200, revealed company US channel business unit general manager, YC Hsu during the ongoing Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2008 in Las Vegas. Having already operated in the US notebook market for several years, Asustek, previously, placed its focus on marketing its high-end notebook series such as Lamborghini.
