Leaked: Verizon's Summer Device Catalog
Verizon's Summer device catalog has been leaked to Boy Genius Report and the paper confirms the as-yet unannounced Droid 2 as well as a number of other phones.
We've been talking about the Droid 2 for so long, it's surprising there hasn't actually been an official release yet. However, though Verizon Wireless hasn't confirmed the device yet, BGR reports that the phone features prominently in the catalog, and appears on multiple pages.
Confirmed in the pages are the Droid 2's 8GB memory card preinstalled, 5-megapixel camera, 3G Mobile Hotspot functionality, and the near ubiquitous 1GHz processor. No release date, unfortunately, just a 'coming soon!' tag.
Other smartphones featured in the catalog are the Droid X and Droid Incredible; the BlackBerry Bold 9650 and the Blackberry Storm2; Palm Pre Plus and the Palm Pixi Plus; the LG Ally and for some strange reason, Microsoft's Kin and Kin Two.

Doesn't the Droid X have all that and a 8 MP camera already? I'm pretty sure the Droid 2 specs will change before it's final release.

How do you figure? Summer began June 20th, we're 5 days short from being one month into summer, and summer lasts for 3 months. We're almost a week away from being one third into summer.
Anywho, the Droid 2 looks pretty cool, I might get that.
