Netbooks And Handsets To Drive Up PPT Sales In Q3
Seeing its July sales sustain an upward trend, Phoenix Precision Technology (PPT) has delivered an optimistic outlook for the third quarter, with flip-chip (FC) and chip-scale packaging (CSP) substrate demand to be spurred by strong sales of low-cost notebooks (netbooks) and handsets, according to company president Chu-Ching Hu. Hu indicated that bookings for FC substrates are good.
