If, like me, you spend a lot of time working at a desk and you don't necessarily like using headphones all the time (especially when you're by yourself), you need a set of the best computer speakers — and few are better than the Edifier QR65. Ever since I tested the QR65 nearly a month ago, they haven't left my desk, and they've become a permanent fixture.

Usually, the QR65 cost a premium as they retail for nearly $500. But honestly? I'd recommend them even at their full price because they make music and movies sound ridiculously good. Thankfully, you don't have to pay that price today, as this Presidents' Day deal saves you 26%! The QR65 are available for just $369 at Amazon right now, saving you a total of $130.

If you want a pair of desktop speakers that not only sound good but look downright fantastic, the Edifier QR65 should be your port of call. Each speaker features LED panels with customizable lighting, and there are plenty of wireless and wired connectivity options, making them extremely versatile. These well-endowed speakers deliver punchy, meaty bass and clear vocals in video games and while listening to music.

One of the reasons why the QR65 haven't left my desk (and never will) is because of just how good-looking they are. Each rectangular channel is wrapped in textured faux leather which is soft to touch, and it gives the speakers a premium edge. The speakers are also fitted with fully customizable LED lighting on the inside which gives an "infinity mirror" effect.

But there's no point in buying speakers if they don't sound fantastic, and the good news is that the QR65 sound downright incredible. These are well-endowed speakers, equipped with two 1.25-inch tweeters as well as two 2.75-inch mid-low drivers to cover a frequency range of 55Hz to 40KHz. They also pack directional audio where sound travels from one channel to the other, therefore creating an immersive listening experience — whether that's while watching movies or jamming to your favorite tunes.

There are plenty of connectivity options at play too, including Bluetooth 5.3, RCA and USB-A wired input, as well as a subwoofer out port — you can use the speakers even with your record player! Wired playback also means that you can stream hi-res audio, and this is possible over Bluetooth too, with support for hi-res 24bit/96KHz playback. Wanna know what the sound quality's like? Head over to my Edifier QR65 review.

On top of it all, the QR65 double as a charger for your smartphone and other devices. That's right: they have a built-in GaN charger that can pump out 65W total power to charge your external devices via two USB-A ports and a USB-C port. Gone are the days of cable nests cluttering your desk.

Today is a great day to upgrade your computer speakers, and this deal is too good to pass up. For Presidents' Day, the Edifier QR65 are discounted by a whopping $130 at Amazon!
