Unlimited data plans can get pricey, especially when you're shopping for family plans. However, T-Mobile's Experience plans are designed for families and they can save you as much as $3,700 when compared to competing plans from other carriers.

For example, you can get T-Mobile's Essentials 4-line plan for $100/month. That's about $25/line. By comparison, Verizon's cheapest 4-line family plan would set you back $200/month.

T-Mobile is offering its 4-line Essentials Plan for $100/month. That averages to $25/month per line. It's one of the best carrier deals I've seen. You'll receive unlimited voice/text/data on all four lines plus 50GB of premium data on Best Mobile Network.

Paying $100/month for four lines is an excellent deal considering competing plans cost double. Note: There is a $35 device connection charge per line, but you're still saving more than you would on competing plans.

T-Mobile's family plans can be configured for 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 lines. Certain plans, such as the Experience Beyond plan, include additional perks like free Netflix, free Hulu, and Apple TV for just $3/month. They're also backed by a 5-year price guarantee. (Note: The Essentials 4-line offer doesn't include a 5-year price guarantee).

We named T-Mobile the best family cell phone plan. When choosing your plan, remember that different plans pack different freebies. For instance, T-Mobile's Better Value plan packs in more perks than the already-generous Experience More. And since T-Mobile beats other carriers when it comes to included add-on benefits, you're getting a lot of stuff to go with your unlimited data.

However, no matter which plan you choose, you can rest assured in knowing that these are among the cheapest and best family plans you'll find from any carrier.
