7. NETGEAR

Since I already covered NETGEAR's N+I announcements in Part 1 of this report, I'll just report here on the results of my attempt to find out when NETGEAR would be releasing new "adaptive radio" Super-G drivers and firmware for its WGT624, WG302 and WGT634U and when we might see XR released for its Atheros-based products.

Unfortunately, given the enterprise focus for the show, the people who could answer these questions weren't available and also didn't respond to my email query by deadline. So if you're waiting for either of these features like I am, we'll both see 'em when we see 'em. I guess Atheros was right when they said their customers were showing no sense of urgency for rolling out these improvements!
