DRAM Memory Makers Think It's Time For Price Hike
Following on possible plans by leading DRAM makers to raise their contract quotes in April, key memory module makers in Taiwan say that it is about time to see price adjustments. A-Data Technology chairman Simon Chen indicated that it would be good to see DRAM makers adjust their quotes.
