Can I get free shipping on my Canon order?
As long as your order is worth £30 or more, free shipping will be included as standard, which should arrive within 1 - 3 working days. In fact, if you place order before 2pm, most orders will be shipped next day. Note that orders under the minimum total will incur a flat fee of £3.99 to cover shipping costs.
Can I get a Canon student discount?
Yes, students can save up to 10% on their camera, printer, supply and accessory orders thanks to the brand's dedicated student discount. To claim these savings, you'll just need to verify your status with a valid UNiDAYS account. Once your status has been confirmed, you'll be able to shop a range of deals on the latest models, cases and more through the brand's dedicated student deals portal.
Does Canon sell refurbished tech?
Canon stocks a wide range of refurbished tech, which includes open-box returns and restored devices that have been tested, cleaned and repaired to be like-new. Shopping this range is a great way to save on the usual prices - you can get up to 30% off depending on the item - and the brand keeps well-stocked on these devices, making it a sure fire way to snap up a deal if you don't mind picking up older devices.
Does Canon accept returns?
Should you change your mind on your Canon order, you can send items back to the brand within 30 days of receiving them. Your item must be sent back unused, in resaleable condition, with all accessories and documentation, and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
To start a return, you'll need to contact the brand's team with your name, order and contact number and details of the product you're sending back. The team will then provide a prepaid returns label to cover shipping costs.

Save with an ink subscription
If you've purchased a printer from Canon and are looking to sort your ink supply, you can save up to 5% on your ink and toner orders with the brand's Repeat and Save subscription service. Just head to the dedicated page on the brand's site, select the products you want to order on a repeat basis, and choose how often you want items to be delivered. You'll be able to get items shipped from every 2 weeks up to every 5 months, plus you can set different frequencies for different items (which is handy if you want to receive black ink more often than colours).

Every voucher code on Tom’s Guide has been tested by our offers team, based in Cardiff, to make sure they work before we upload them. The codes on Tom’s Guide can be used for a wide range of savings, covering student discounts, free shipping deals, and site-wide or product-specific savings.
We want to make sure every voucher is ready to use whenever someone visits one of our pages, so we don’t include any user-specific or one-time use codes. Each offer also includes as much information as we can find on its terms and conditions to keep things clear, and any applicable expiry dates will be listed next to the offer details. What to do if a voucher code doesn’t work
Although we work hard to only include tried and tested vouchers on our pages, sometimes codes can expire or terms and conditions can be changed before we have a chance to update the code or our pages. If your discount isn’t being applied at the checkout, there are a number of things you can do.
First, check you meet any listed requirements such as multibuy offers, minimum spends, or product-specific deals. For example, you may need to buy 3 items to receive your discount, or your code may only be applicable to orders with certain models (i.e. 10% off specific smartphones).
