The Galaxy Book6 Ultra ($2,999) is Samsung's newest MacBook rival. We're big fans of Samsung's thin-and-light laptop and the latest Galaxy Book iteration is no different. Although it's a pricey notebook, right now Samsung is offering a little relief in the form of a trade-in credit.
For a limited time, you can get $400 off the Galaxy Book6 Ultra via trade-in at Samsung. Additionally, you'll get a $50 Samsung credit with your purchase. That's one of the best offers we've seen on this new laptop.

Trade-in an old laptop, tablet, or phone to get up to $400 off the new Galaxy Book6 Pro. Plus, you'll get a free $50 Samsung credit with your purchase. The Galaxy Book6 Ultra packs some serious horsepower. For $2,999 you get a 16-inch 2880 x 1800 Dynamic AMOLED 120Hz display, Core Ultra 7-356H CPU, 32GB of RAM, 1TB SSD, and an RTX 5060 GPU. There's also a massive heatsink and multi-directional vents to dissipate heat as fast as possible. You can also opt for the $2,449 model, which packs a Core Ultra X7-358H CPU and replaces the RTX 5060 for an Intel Arc B390 chipset. Otherwise, both models are similar.
We've yet to review these machines, but in our initial hands-on we found it offered a premium feel with plenty of great features. For example, we liked its re-engineered chassis with a centralized keyboard and massive haptic touchpad. Even the flatter profile chiclet keyboard has a far nicer clicky typing experience. But it's that gorgeous 16-inch AMOLED panel with a 2880 x 1800-pixel resolution that really got us excited.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy Book6 Pro (from $1,599) offers similar panache, but with a slightly lower price tag. To hit that lower price point, you get a 14-inch 2880 x 1800 Dynamic AMOLED 120Hz display, Core Ultra 7-356H CPU, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD.
If first impressions count for anything, Samsung has nailed it with its latest Galaxy laptops.
