In each case, you'll need to verify your eligibility. It's worth noting that the discount doesn't stack with current sales.

Does Tuft & Needle offer free shipping?
Tuft & Needle offers free standard shipping on all purchases. (Return shipping is also free). The company also offers in-home setup plus old mattress haul away. During checkout, you can select "In-home setup plus old mattress haul away" for a $150 fee. The $150 covers all mattresses purchased on that order, so all mattresses will be delivered using this service.
Is there a Tuft & Needle free trial?
Yes, Tuft & Needle proudly offer an 100-night trial on all mattresses, letting you trial your product out to make sure it's the right one for you. If you aren't happy with it, let the customer service team know before your 100 nights are up to get a full refund.
How do Tuft & Needle returns work?
Tuft & Needle will facilitate full refunds on products within their returns period (100 days for mattresses). If the product has been used, they will help you find a local charity to donate it to. If the product has not been used and is still in the original packaging, they'll send a pre-paid shipping label to help you organize a return to their warehouse. Either way, as long as you are within your returns period, you'll be entitled to a refund. Just get in touch with their team for details.
