Alex Temblador is a freelance mattress reviewer and writer who has tested a range of traditional and smart mattresses for Tom's Guide. These include the Sleep Number i8 smart bed, the PlushBeds Botanical Bliss luxury organic mattress, and our favorite cooling bed the Bear Elite Hybrid. Alex also reviews bedding and other sleep products for Tom's Guide, including the Brooklinen All-Season Down Comforter and the BeautyRest Black Luxury Foam Pillow. Elsewhere, Alex's work has been published at Dwell, Real Homes, Architectural Digest, and Gardeningetc. When Alex isn’t reviewing sleep and home products, she’s building her career as the award-winning author of two novels, Secrets of the Casa Rosada and Half Outlaw, from her home base in Dallas, Texas.
