Julia is an Ecommerce Content Director at Future PLC, where she oversees mattress, VPN and How To Watch content across Tom’s Guide and TechRadar. She’s been helping people choose the right mattress since 2019 — first on sister sites T3 and TopTenReviews, then on Tom’s Guide, growing the site’s mattress portfolio from a single buying guide into a varied suite of reviews, explainers and expert buying advice, before handing over to Sleep Managing Editor Claire Davies.
In that time, she’s reviewed more than a few mattresses (she prefers a hybrid, if you’re asking), alongside a wide variety of other home products, and has become a veteran in covering the Black Friday sales.
When she’s not helping Claire and the Sleep team continue to cement Tom’s Guide’s reputation as a leading destination for mattress reviews and buying advice, she’s working with Future’s talented VPN and HTW teams, helping them reach wider audiences with their world-class security, privacy and streaming advice.
Over the last two decades, Julia has worked across a range of leading consumer tech and lifestyle brands. She’s a former editor of design website Creative Bloq, was part of the team that launched global site TechRadar, and has given ecommerce advice to everyone from Marie Claire and Woman & Home to Digital Camera and Golf Monthly.
