Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is still the most premium foldable device available in Australia. While the pre-order period wrapped up long ago, there are still opportunities to snag the best deals from top retailers and telcos across the country.

The South Korean electronics giant unveiled the device at its Galaxy Unpacked July 2025 event, and it's the company's lightest and thinnest Fold yet.

When folded, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is only 8.9mm thick — only 0.7mm thicker than the S25 Ultra — and when unfolded, it's just 4.2mm thick. When you consider that the ultra-slim Galaxy S25 Edge has a thickness of 5.8mm, that's seriously impressive. Add to this a weight of just 215g (3g lighter than the S25 Ultra), and it's clear that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is a true feat of engineering.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 offers

Although Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 7 has yet to receive an official price drop, the powerhouse foldable has a couple of great deals on right that can save you hundreds of dollars.

The best deal award goes to Samsung's online store, in that you can receive an AU$800 discount on the Galaxy Z Fold 7 at checkout when you purchase it bundled with Vodafone's 24-month $65 BYOD plan. It's worth noting that this particular deal is only available via Samsung, and is not up for grabs at Vodafone direct.

That said, Vodafone does currently have a Galaxy Z Fold 7 offer for those who purchase the device alongside an eligible 24- or 36-month plan, saving them AU$350 over the course of their contract. Details for both deals can be found below.

Currently when you buy the Galaxy Z Fold 7 directly from Samsung, you can save AU$800 on the RRP by choosing to purchase it alongside Vodafone's $65 BYOD 24-month plan, which includes 80GB of monthly data. All you have to do is click 'Choose plan' under the '5G SIM Offer' section of the Galaxy Z Fold 7's listing page — just be wary of early exit fees. T&Cs apply.
