After the famed leak of the iPhone 4, we know that Apple takes leaks of its products prior to launch very seriously. Now, according to a Chinese report as relayed by Digitimes, three Foxconn employees have been arrested and charged for leaking the design of the iPad 2.
Three employees were arrested on December 26, 2010 for allegedly leaking the design of the iPad 2 to case makers. From examination of those cases, a general idea of the iPad 2's design was leaked out to the rest of the world.
The three Foxconn workers were charged on March 23, 2011. Read more on Digitimes.
