Fitbit User Guide: Essential Tips and Tricks
Whether you just bought a Fitbit activity tracker or have had one for years, here's how to get the most out of your device.
Change Your Activity Goal
1. Open the Fitbit app and tap Account at the bottom right corner.
2. Scroll to your list of goals and tap Activity.
3. Tap on your current goal, whether it's steps, distance, calories burned per day, active minutes or flights of stairs climbed.
4. Type in your new goal and hit OK.
