Mattress Firm offers free shipping on all orders, which can be delivered directly to your front door, side door or garage. You can also choose from additional paid options for extra services upon delivery, including Mattress Setup & Haul Away for $99.99, Mattress Setup & Haul Away including Adjustable Base setup for $149.99, and a two-hour delivery window option for $199.99, which also includes free setup & haul away for mattresses & bases.
Can I get a Mattress Firm military discount?
Yes, Mattress Firm offers between 10-20% off for military personnel, as well as students, and healthcare workers. The coupons are single-use only, but you can get a new coupon every 90 days. You'll need to verify with a valid ID.me account. You can find more details on the Mattress Firm website and get your discount for free.
What is the Mattress Firm return policy?
With the Mattress Firm return policy, you have up to 120 nights to test your mattress to make sure it's the right fit for you. If you don't get on with your mattress for whatever reason, just get in touch with the Mattress Firm customer service team and they'll arrange a collection & a refund. If you see your mattress for sale for less somewhere else within 120 days, you can also let the team know and they'll refund you the difference in price.
