Don't over-connect: Keep specific hours
Keeping a balance between work and life is especially difficult for telecommuters, since the office and the home are the same place. An easy way to segregate the two is to set specific hours for work, just like you would as a commuter. Try to start work at the same time each day, take a lunch break, and end at a reasonable hour.
