Canada-based Tamaggo Inc has brought an innovative new toy for all of us here at CES to see. The company believes that its Tamaggo 360-Imager is a game changing product that will revolutionize photography:
Unlike conventional 360 degree photography methods that require optical add-ons or multiple images stitched together, the Tamaggo 360-imager can capture both horizontal and vertical panoramic photos with a single click. Shaped like an egg, the Tamaggo is also quite portable and works with your smartphone to capture photos without the need for any additional equipment.
No exact release date or price was given, but Tamaggo estimates its 360-imager will be available for purchase sometime in Q2 of 2012 with a price tag under $200. For more information on the Tamaggo 360-imager and to see a couple sample photos, head on over to the product page here.
