How can fix the laptop acer one 14 cant start up but open the power lid button?

It was happen on August 2018. My laptop acer one 14 windows 8.1 can´t start up after open the power button but can open only the power lid and the screen can´t show anything and until now can´t change my situation when I open my laptop and any solution can't fix it. So, any solution to fix my problem in how to start up and boot up the windows screen.

So the display is off and therfore is showing a black screen?

Use an external display/monitor via HDMI to have a look if it shows anything on this one.

Is the Charger the original one for this laptop?

Is only the power button light on? Anything else blinking?
