they should make adult only games for all consoles today. what is the big deal, they have adult only movies. It's up to the parents to decide.
Movie critics actually agree.
There are good movies (with a good plot, etc) that are made for adults. (usually artistic foreign films)
These movies do not deserve the XXX (porn) rating, so a new rating needs to be made.
Same true with video games. Some good games use mature themes as part of the story (not just for shock value). These always have scenes cut to get the M rating because stores refuse to carry AO rated titles.
So, the point is, video games arn't just for kids or the immature.
