Two identically specified displays don't always mean two identical sets of test results. To prove that point all you need to do is look at our results for the Executioner and the Sting.

The Sting's mean brightness at 173 candelas per square meter (cd/m^2)is very close to the Executioner. With a minimum brightness of 139 cd/m^2 and a maximum of 204 cd/m^2 (range 65 cd/m^2) the display brightness is just a bit more even that the Execution

Mean contrast is impressive at 525 cd/meter^2. Minimum contrast is 206 cd/meter^2; the maximum is 656 cd/meter^2 for a range of 450 cd/meter^2.
