Sony Console Emulators for Desktop PCs

Sony Console Emulators for Desktop PCs
By
Intro

We continue our series on console emulation with a look at some emulators for Sony's Playstation family of gaming consoles. Spawned from a failed collaboration between Sony and Nintendo, Sony's Playstation line has since emerged as the dominant console gaming platform for more than a decade, only recently being challenged by Microsoft's Xbox family of devices. Read on for our picks of some of the best emulators of the Playstation 1 and 2.

Stop using that dogshit slideshow. For a tech site, you use some seriously shitty plugins.

Thanks a lot guys. Because of this list, and especially PCSX2, I can now play the sixth generation version of Splinter Cell Double Agent!

Now we only need some functional xbox emulators.

I haven't tested this with my new USB DVD drive. I had big problems playing PS2 games without slowdowns last time I tried this. I'll give it a shot again soon. :3

Please do what anonymous@guest says, Toms. Your slideshow posts are atrocious and I hate them with the force of a thousand suns. The look like crap, they're hard to read, and they're irritating and restrictive to interact with.
    Pull your finger out.
