In conjunction with the launch of Windows 8, Microsoft is pushing forward with its companion OS, Windows Phone 8, and has teamed up with Nokia and many other manufacturers to release a host of Windows Phone 8 smartphones. Still, having a good set of devices is nothing if you don't have a good app ecosystem to match.
