Adding on to what is already a treasure trove of books available online, Google has recently added back issues of print magazines. The pages are optically scanned into images, making the text searchable like regular Web content. Currently, back issues of magazines such as "Popular Mechanics," "New York Magazine," and "Ebony" can be viewed through Google’s book-search service, but Google plans to integrate magazine results into its regular search listings soon.
