Piano-loving paraplegics now have a way to make the music they adore –- using their mouths. In the past, people paralyzed from the waist down were able to press the piano pedal -– with a variety of methods, from neck braces to light sensors. The problem was the piano pedal had to be completely engaged or disengaged. For serious playing that was a problem -– until now. Researchers=7868&tx_ttnews[pS]=1224592722&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=4021] in Germany created a pressure-sensitive bite splint that can give infinite gradations of pedal-play, just like a pianist using feet would have. The team’s next feat? Making a bite plate that can control several pedals at once.

To the best of my knowledge the pterodactyle was a reptile, not specifically a dinosaur.

Hmm, I wonder if the "red LED" used to study those wrinkles was your typical high-efficiency InGaAlP version.

Ahh so many items that I could care less about. Not that they aren't important, I just know I'll probably never hear about anyone of these ever again. :)
