Very helpful site, wish more people will find you. I will pass the word, keep up the good work of informing the public about VOIP's dirty tricks. Something else, Vonage buries a 2 year commitment in their service agreements for that 24.99 a month plan and charges an early termination of 39.95 if you leave before that, and no one at customer service advises you can return the equipment for any refund. They really suck!!!
