Where the OQO is small, the Sager NP9860 is the choice for those who prefer a more "substantial" notebook. This monster unit will definitely break your back at more than 12 pounds for the unit and 2.5 pounds for the power supply.
Mrs. Claus has her helpers - a.k.a. male slaves - carry this beast around! For more details, you can see our full review here .
Under the hood, you can get a Pentium 4 3.6 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM, using the four DIMM slots. The 9860 can take up to two Serial ATA hard drives and up to two optical drives. A 7-in-1 memory card reader is built into the side. For network connectivity, the 9860 has gigabit Ethernet, and optional Wifi and Bluetooth modules.

When it comes to graphics, this laptop is the current king of the hill. The GeForce Go 6800 with 256 MB of RAM powers the 17 inch screen, which runs at 1680x1050 natively. There's even a small CMOS video camera, built into the top of the LCD screen.
You can grab this portable computer for around $3000 from Sager's website .
