What student today doesn’t have an environment filled with multimedia devices? Whether it's PCs, laptops, iPods, BlackBerries, PSPs, digital cameras, HD camcorders, or any of the other myriad devices that are now part of our everyday lifestyles, there’s a constant need to manage and migrate files between all of these devices. Unfortunately, each device tends to come with its own application for trying to do this—computers are likely to have several such apps—and most of them will likely do a less-than-optimal job.
Nero's Move it helps users pile all of their digital media into a central location, apply metadata (such as a star rating) to files, play content, and synchronize media across attached devices. So far, this is standard fare for any media manager. Move it makes uploading media to sites like YouTube and My Nero a snap, but it also helps with downloading video from these sites for synching to mobile devices.
The best part of Move it is its transcoding, the process of taking content formatted one way and converting it into a different format. For instance, Move it could take a high-def H.264 video from a camcorder and transcode it into a much lower resolution MPEG-2 file optimized for a portable video player. In fact, it can perform multiple transcodings at the same time. If the software is running on a PC with a graphics adapter that supports Nvidia CUDA, this transcoding can happen much faster. Lots of apps exist to help people manage their media, but Move it simply does a better job at it than virtually any other such tool now available.

A bit late. Everyone I know has graduated.
No high-school school or middle school years have ended, and no quarter-system universities have finished the semester yet. Semester system universities held graduation, mostly, last week. I don't think it is too late to be thinking about graduation gifts at all.

No, ur wrong, everyone I know graduated 5 years ago. Duh.
My graduation gift is $1000 rent with a tenant who will do her best to kick me out.
Can I has your gift instead?
Here are my thoughts.

On the AIO PC: It's nothing more than a laptop without a battery. Nothing can be upgraded. Consider getting a Laptop instead. On the plus side, it is stylish.
On the HP Printer (from personal experience): Every HP printer I've used have had horrible problems loading paper. Consider Lexmark or Canon.
On the Panasonic Camera: Nikon's Coolpix and Canon's Powershot can be found at similar prices and are (generally) better cameras.
I must admit though, the N10Jc looks pretty cool

Hey Quantumrand,
Thanks for you advice. What if I asked for you to find me a computere under $500 with a tiny footprint (no tower) and a bigger than 17-inch screen. Would you be able to do that? That's where I think the cheapie AIOs come into play.

Better as a wrist support pad. I have 3 PC's and I can only use this one 1 of the them. Really? I have to buy 3 separate Replicas for my PC's? In this economy? No thanks

There is a multi-PC version of the Seagate Replica, we just didn't review it: http://shop.seagate.com/store/sgat [...] .125882200
All I know is that the best gift buy would be great if I wasn't worried about other luxuries such as food, clothing, & shelter.
