To be completely honest, if you own a TV that big I'm sorry, you're either old and/or like sports; have more money than brains; or 12 years old and are lying about it. It's your money to spend not mine. I'm happy with my 19'' windscreen LCD and like the games and hassle(updates; service packs; patches; etc...) that comes with any PC
In fact, I can go to school for a few years and get a job and support a family with that knowledge. Can you? No YOU cant.

PC still wins. Period

You're a complete dolt. Go to school to learn English before you go to school to support a family. I have a 110" screen because I can. Get over it and enjoy your 19" LCD that happens to be about a foot smaller than my picture screen in the program guide. You're clearly young. An opinion doesn't end in a "period", it ends in a question mark. Dummy.

"You're clearly young." - actually im not young, and this is the way i type. if you have a problem with it then go to Webster's dictionary and cry about it. obviously you dont have a comeback so you pick on me for my grammar and spelling(which your are not the 1st person). I can type correctly when I need to. more or less when Im at work. this isnt paying my bills so I DONT have to be professional.

"An opinion doesn't end in a "period", it ends in a question mark." - no it end in a period. it a statement not a question. im not questioning you about my opinion; im giving you my opinion.

"Get over it and enjoy your 19" LCD that happens to be about a foot smaller than my picture screen in the program guide." - sure ok i will and i am. really your the one who needs to get over it not me.

"I have a 110" screen because I can." - ok thats $53,000 - hence you have more money than brains, or 12 years old and lying about it. and thats if you get a deal on it. i heard they were more like $70,000. really IF you can afford a TV that big then why are you here on these forums arguing about a video game? even the CEO of Rockstar probably doesn't have a TV that big. why would you? oh that right cause you can huh? or maybe you meant a projector screen...ehh either way your still a loser.

"Go to school to learn English before you go to school to support a family." - actually i have gone to school and completed it several years ago with a diploma. so you can question that all you like, and im telling you this so you can have some sorta of comeback.

"You're a complete dolt." - and your OPINION matters to me how? maybe you mean "You're a complete dolt?"

anything else you like to say, say it. clearly your mad at what said to you and you cant get over the fact that you a loser and you like trolling on forums

Your errors aren't typing errors - they're grammatical errors caused by a lack of knowledge. Consistently getting "your" and "you're" wrong cannot be blamed on accidental typos - you clearly don't know when to use them.

Whilst I agree that we shouldn't be overly bothered by the occasional typo on forums, it's rather poor to dismiss barely comprehensible posts with a shrug and say "it's the web, it doesn't matter". Since you claim to not be young, do you not think that you should accept some responsibility for setting an example for younger posters? How are the young supposed to learn how to write properly if all around them their seniors cannot even get the basics right?

like I said "this isnt paying my bills so I DONT have to be professional."

yeah you dont know me from the next person but i am not young(really it sounds like you're making me second guess my own age lol; and i can tell you you're about 2 years older than me). i would at least hope they can learn by my mistake and not their own(that being said you have to learn by your own mistakes as well). thats how i learned(not talking about grammar or spelling im talking about life in general).

"it's the web, it doesn't matter" very true and on that note im out for at least 8 hours cause i have been up all night, thats prolly why i have bad grammar to begin with(not lack of knowledge). as the screen tends to get kind of blurry sometimes.

You heard? From who? Again, you're a dolt. My projector and screen was less than $5000. Go on, keep posting about more stuff you don't know anything about. Really, keep going. Your ignorance amuses me.

So I read recently that the topic of this particular thread was actually about GTA IV not coming to the PC... maybe Tom's should start up a forum topic aside from "Games General" called "Grammar Debate" or something like that, where this kind of droning can go on and on for eternity!

http://xo.typepad.com/blog/2007/06 [...] s_lar.html - $53,000 ~ it doesnt matter who i heard it from its not like you know them anyways.

"Go on, keep posting about more stuff you don't know anything about." - right. you said screen. i figured LCD; TV or something of that nature(really you should of been more clear than screen). obviously its a projector, cause you cant afford the $53,000 110'' TV (the worlds largest TV) nor could I or would I want a TV/screen/projector that big. its a waste of money(hence you have more money than brains, or 12 years old and lying about it.). i dont watch tv and if i did thats why i have a TV tuner card, and also a 32'' TV if i really wanted to watch tv.

"Again, you're a dolt." - and again thats your opinion and you still dont have a comeback.

"Really, keep going. Your ignorance amuses me" - its prolly the only thing that does. "Your ignorance" and thats also your opinion.

really this is why I dont post on forum anymore cause of douche bag fags like you. im try and pm the OP of this thread and see if he can lock it. im tired of arguing over the internet with someone that prolly 3000+ miles away and their goal is to get the last word in.

1. Assumptions are the mother of most foul ups.
2. Maybe logic isn't really "your thing".

For a man who was so keen to start an argument (with Loftus) you're mighty quick to capitulate when things aren't going your way.

I bet you were the kid who turned over the Monopoly board when you weren't winning, weren't you? ;)
